Eric T. Penn believes that to keep our families and communities safe, we have to hold people or corporations who choose to violate safety rules accountable for the injuries and conditions they create. That is why he has been an outspoken advocate for seriously injured people for more than seventeen (17) years. He represents people who have been permanently and seriously injured through no fault of their own.

Eric received his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2000 and began his legal career at Richards and Penn, LLP in Jacksonville, Texas from 2001 to 2015. He then branched out on his own to allow himself more opportunity to specialize in trucking industry accidents. Since that time, he has developed into a widely recognized expert within the legal community, working to make the trucking industry more accountable for safety on highways and roads. 

Because of Eric’s vast knowledge and experience in trying cases against the trucking industry, he is sought after as an expert trucking accident speaker and consultant on many high-profile cases all over the country.

Eric was born and raised in Jacksonville, Texan. He is a husband and father and enjoys his role as a family man, taking them sailing and hiking when his schedule allows.
